7. Any disagreement concerning the instruments and apparatus needed by a safety representative to exercise his functions in an establishment or their inclusion in either of the categories in section 6 may be submitted by either party to the Commission, whose decision is executory.
The Commission shall render its decisions on the basis of the list of instruments and apparatus in Schedule 2.
